Callinize installation

Callinize extension works in Google Chrome browser ONLY, so if you want to use Callinize extension, you have to Sign in to your CRM using Chrome browser.

If you do not have Chrome browser installed, please do so prior installing Callinize.

Step 1: There is a "Install Callinize" button in your Callinize invitation email.

• If your default internet browser is Google Chrome just click that button.
• If Chrome is not your default browser, riht-click on Install Callinize button and choose Copy hyperlink, open Chrome browser and paste this link to the Chrome address bar.

Step 2: Set your new Callinize password, when Callinize Welcome page appears,

Step 3: You should be forwarded to your Callinize User Profile page. Click Add to install Chrome extension when prompted.

Step 4: On the User Profile page click Edit to set your phone extension (e.g. 485) and click Save.

Done.
