Callinize integrates your PBX (telephone exchange) and your CRM system via a Google Chrome extension.
The principle is very simple: When there is an incoming call to your extension, Callinize catches the caller phone number, looks into your CRM if the number belongs to any of your customers, and if it does, Callinize shows you who is calling. So a few seconds before you answer the call, you already know who you are going to talk with.
Main features:
- All the call history including notes for any respective customer is logged, whether the call was carried out by you or any of your colleagues (also using Callinize).
- You can make a note for every incoming or outgoing call.
- You can email a note to your colleague, just type @ when creating a note.
- Using quotation marks and some key words you can create a task for you on the specified date. (see details)
- Using the Click To Dial feature you can make a call instantly from your CRM without having to dial the number manually.
